That’s what I’m talking about right now and mission unstoppable is up for season 5 this Saturday on CBS! ๐
Paramount+’s “iCarly” reboot will not return for a fourth season, Variety has confirmed.
“’iCarly’ will not be returning for a fourth season on Paramount+. The series had a great three-season run and delivered on what fans really wanted to see with Carly and Freddie finally getting together. We want to thank the entire cast, the writers, directors and producers along with the whole crew for their dedication, creativity and talent,” said a Paramount+ spokesperson. Ordered in 2020, the rebooted series picked up with adult Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove), 10 years olders, as she reunited with her brother Spencer (Jerry Trainer) and longtime friend and cameraman Freddie (Nathan Kress), and sets out to revamp her popular web show with the help of old and new friends. Laci Mosley joined the original cast as Carly’s new friend, Harper, along with Jaidyn Triplett, who portrayed Freddie’s stepdaughter Millicent.
The original series ran for six seasons from 2007-2012 on Nickelodeon, recording 97 episodes.
“iCarly” was just one of several revived series set at the streamer. Paramount+ also added new seasons of shows like “Rugrats,” a live-action followup to the animated series “Fairly Oddparents” called “The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder,” as well as the recent “Zoey 102” sequel film based on the Jamie Lynn Spears-led “Zoey 101.”
The reboot was produced by Nickelodeon Studios and Awesomeness and executive produced by Jay Kogen and Ali Schouten, who also wrote the pilot. Cosgrove served as executive producer, with Trainor and Alissa Vradenburg serving as producers. Now here is the lowdown on videos! Screenshots of the videos coming in the next post! But for now selfies and other things like that! ๐
